Established in 2008, Industry Training Works was founded by Alan Mycroft and Bob Durham after witnessing several workplace incidents that could be prevented with the right knowledge, training and equipment.

Both with 20+ years in the NZ Fire Service and first responders to a range of workplace incidents with their company Emergency Management Solutions, they saw a need for improving workplace safety for all.
