This training is for anyone who works at height and is at risk of a fall. It is particularly relevant for:
- Tradespeople (builders, electricians, painters, roofers)
- Maintenance and installation workers
- Building inspectors
- Supervisors and managers in these fields
COURSE CONTENT
This unit standard is aimed at those who require knowledge and skills of height safety equipment. Participants will learn to:
- Identify the common types of height safety equipment used in the workplace
- Select suitable height work equipment for specific tasks
- Identify appropriate anchor points for fall arrest systems
- Use height safety equipment correctly in a workplace environment
- Plan rescue techniques and emergency procedures for working at height

HEIGHT SAFETY COURSES
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations are accepted via phone or email only. Registrations not cancelled by 10 am, two days prior to the course will require payment. However, substitutions are welcome.
