COORDINATED INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CIMS)

Our Coordinated Incident Management System (CIMS) Training Course provides participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to operate effectively within a coordinated incident management framework in line with New Zealand best practice guidelines. Designed for emergency response personnel, supervisors, and team leaders, this course covers CIMS principles, roles and responsibilities, communication processes, and incident coordination in emergency situations.
Participants will learn how to contribute to structured incident response efforts, manage information flow, and support effective coordination during emergencies and high-risk events.
