This comprehensive course will equip you with a clear understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and its regulations, ensuring you can confidently fulfil your responsibilities as a Health and Safety Representative (HSR).

✅ Legal Responsibilities – Identify the obligations of a PCBU (Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking) and WorkSafe NZ towards Health and Safety Representatives.
