We’re excited to share that we’re currently developing a brand-new training course focused on ICAM Investigations, and we’re inviting expressions of interest from clients who want to be among the first to participate.
The course will be delivered over two days and will cover the ICAM (Incident Cause Analysis Method) Model – a widely recognised, systems-based approach to investigating workplace incidents. This method goes beyond identifying what happened, focusing instead on why it happened and how to prevent it in future.
This course is particularly suited to those in Health and Safety roles, including team leaders, compliance staff, and Health and Safety Representatives looking to take the next step in their training journey. It’s an excellent opportunity to build on foundational knowledge and develop practical skills for effective, root-cause-based investigations.
