This course outlines the requirements for work permits, responsibilities of individuals within the work permit system, specifically the Permit Issuer, documents and templates, organisational requirements, planning, issuing and checking a work permit and overseeing completion of the work.

Permit to Work – Refresher

Course Overview

Industry training Works Permit to Work Refresher course involves a combination of theory and practical application, including worksite inspection, isolation requirements and permit auditing procedures within the workplace.  This refresher course assesses the attendee’s level of knowledge and competency against NZQA standards, and updates them with current industry best practise, and understanding of the benefits of these systems, the essential features of the system, the mechanics of implementing the system and monitoring its effectiveness.

Permit to Work systems are well proven within the work place, and allows works to be completed, analyses, understanding of hazards and implement controls to enable a safe working environment.
