Jenna has been a key part of our team for some time, working as our Customer Services Representative, where she built strong relationships with clients, managed bookings, and ensured the smooth day-to-day running of our training enquiries. Her dedication, professionalism, and in-depth knowledge of our courses have made her a familiar and valued contact for many of you.
Now, Jenna is bringing that same energy and expertise into her new role. As Sales and Marketing Manager, she’ll be focused on developing new marketing initiatives, promoting our training services across the region, and continuing to deliver the responsive, client-focused service she’s known for.
